Event Centre: Dubová - Fúgelka , see map. The event centre is on meadow so you are welcome to pitch your club tent.
The toliettes and showers are available in the accommodation building at the event centre. Please be careful not to walk in spike shoes inside the building!
Registration: Saturday 5.10. 9:00 – 10:00 in the event centre. Please come in advance so that the registration can be finished by 10:00.
Relay registration (names and order of comptitors) shall be done via registration form available. Filled forms have to be returned to organizer on saturday 5.10.2013 by 16:30.
No registration for the children race, competitors sign up at the start in the event centre.
Parking: Nearby the event centre, please respect any instructions from organizers.

Forbidden area: On saturday it is forbidden to enter any area except parking, event centre and route to the start.
Food: Buffet in the event centre and restaurants in the surroundings.
Rereshment: Water on the courses and in finish.
Punching:Sportident. Rental 2eur/day/card, in case of loss 30 eur.

Maps are in waterproof plastic. Both days, after finish, the competitors should put the map in their club bag. The maps will be returned to club leaders on sunday afternoon.
Terrain: moderately hilly terrain at the foot of hill Kukla, altitude 480-564 m.n.m., runnable, with season's undergrowth and occasional storm residues (glade, root stock). Lot of paths, stones and shallow furrows.

Control descriptions: Control descriptions will be printed on maps and for long distance course they will be also available printed in the event centre.
Start:
Saturday 5.10. at 11:00. Categories N-8, R-8, M-10, W-10 have free start times, their start time will be marked on the start and later input in the results system.
Children race in the event centre from 13:00
Sunday 5.10.
First leg collective start by the schedule below
9:00 – M19-, M35 -, W 35-
9:10 - W-18, W 19-, M-18, M45 –
9:20 – M-14,W -14, W 45-, Open

Note to relays:
The race is handed over to following leg by hand touch of the competitors, then the competitor takes his own map. The competitors should watch out for their preceding leg competitor, the competitors running to finish will not be necessarily announced by organizer. All competitors pass through public control 5-10 minutes before finish.
The final order is set by the order of crossing the finish line, this will be decided by finish referee.
Limit:
Saturday: 180 min
Sunday: 150 min
Number: Each competitor shall fix their number on the front. The numbers will be given by registration. In relays, the legs can be differred by number as follows:
1st leg: numbers 101-199
2nd leg: numbers 201-299
3rd leg: numbers 301-399
Prize giving ceremony:
Saturday cca 16:00
Sunday cca 13:00
First aid: both days at the finish area
Note: Competitors take part in the competition at their own risk and own responsibility.
Protests: With 10 eur deposit to main referee.
